1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using civilsavage.co (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

2. Products and Services

Civil Savage Society sells physical goods (apparel, equipment, accessories) and digital products (e-books, field manuals). Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Colors and textures in product images are as accurate as digital display allows. Minor variations between the displayed image and the received product are not grounds for a return unless the item is materially different from its description.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (e-books, PDFs, downloadable content) are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. All sales of digital products are final. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital products.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@civilsavage.co if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
