FM 31-21

This is the manual they gave the men who fought wars nobody was supposed to know about. Written in 1961, at the height of the Cold War, it laid the doctrine for organizing, training, and leading guerrilla forces behind enemy lines.

FM 31-21 is the U.S. Army's foundational manual on unconventional warfare and Special Forces operations.
